Jiangsu Fengmang's 'Know What to Do and What Not to Do'
The domestic coated abrasive market is indeed huge, but we need to know what to do and what not to do. The "13th Five-Year Plan Proposal" points out that precision polishing will become the dominant direction in the future. Although we don't have this capability yet, we are already moving in this direction and following this management model. We are not yet strong in sandpaper and sandpaper products, but we are relatively strong in terms of green environmental protection. Although we don't have this capability yet, we are already working in this direction and following this management model. We haven't done particularly well in abrasive cloth and sandpaper products, but we have done relatively well in terms of green environmental protection. As one expert put it: The most effective competition is to avoid competition. Currently, producing 51-cloth and dry-grinding sandpaper may yield little or no profit. In the next five years, Fengmang will gradually abandon these products where we lack an advantage. Fengmang has officially signed a technical cooperation agreement with a Japanese company to produce products that our peers haven't produced or haven't yet scaled up. In the next three years, Fengmang will invest more than 200 million yuan to introduce advanced product production lines from abroad, adopting advanced Japanese technology to enter the product field, avoiding domestic market competition and mainly participating in international competition.
